VESA Consulting traces back over 40 years, long before the name existed. It began with Dan and Jorge’s father, who built his life around sport, not as a business, but as a commitment. Through coaching, mentorship, and community involvement, he laid the foundation for a way of working rooted in discipline, consistency, and respect for the craft.

What started on the ground level, working directly with athletes and local programs, slowly expanded. As the years went on, that hands-on experience grew into organizing events, supporting clubs, and helping shape the environments where performance could thrive. Dan and Jorge carried that legacy forward, building on decades of experience and turning it into a structured offering through VESA Consulting.

Today, the company reflects that evolution. Still grounded in its origins, but expanded into a broader role across athlete development, event execution, and organizational support. The same principles remain at the core, shaped over four decades of real-world experience and passed down through generations.
